Mis-Match Between Educational Qualification And choice of Career -An Empirical Study

The education qualification and choice of career cannot work in isolation they are interdependent on each other. It is found that socials support, gender role attitude and many other factors significantly  influence  career aspirations and  there exist variability in aspirations and selecting of the career is largely influenced by the commitment towards to  family, fear of security in future, social acceptance. The paper contains a review of mis- match  between  educational qualification and choice of career. It aims to resolve some problems which are confronted by factors (controllable and  uncontrollable) which has a bearing in the future or career within the dynamic environment. The past observation and  interview outcome signifies that the gap is because most of the factors are uncontrollable and very little can be done by  normal laymen. It also suggests future research, as well as ways to improve how the gap can be leaned.
